Ankle tattoos have become fairly popular over the last few years. Just like belly button piercings, ankle tattoo designs can look great in summer when you are wearing strappy sandals. You may assume that there aren’t many tattoo designs you can have on your ankle but you would actually be wrong.

If you do a quick search online, you will find that there are hundreds of different tattoos you could have done. They don’t even have to be overly small and you can choose from a single tattoo or one which runs around the whole ankle. Many people choose stars, initials or symbols as these can easily be done as a small pattern.

No matter what style of tattoo you choose for your ankle, it will look great in summer when you get to properly show it off!
