I Inherited the Neighbor’s Car When She Passed Away
January 25th, 2010 by admin
When the little old lady down the street died, we were all sad. It seemed as if she had been part of our family for many years. We always remembered her on the holidays, and I kept her lawn mowed and hedge trimmed in the summer time. I also ran errands for her, but I never let her pay me. “It was my good deed for the day,” I always told her. Imagine my surprise to find out that she willed her late model car to me. All I need to do is complete the CA dmv title transfer, and I am good to go. Who says that being kind doesn’t pay off?
