Our Left Hand Drive Audi Made Passing Easier
October 19th, 2009 by admin
We felt that we had made our trip through Europe much safer and more fun with our new purchase. Before we left England we had purchased a left hand drive audi. We had time to get used to driving from the wrong side but not in the traffic that it was designed for. When we started to drive on the European roads we were glad that we had. i would hate to have thought about trying to pass on their roads while sitting on the right hand side of the car. Making turns at intersections was still a challenge not to end up in the wrong lane.

They Don’t Visit Much
October 11th, 2009 by admin
My mom and dad decided to come over to my house the other night. My wife had called them a few days prior and practically begged them to come and spend some time with us. They had been driving all over the country spending time with complete strangers, but they hadn’t stopped in to see us in quite a while. As soon as my mom walked in the door, she asked me About Car InsuranceSA, the business that I just started working for. I was amazed at the amount of things that she knew about our lives, for not being around very much.

Tips in fixing your aircondition
September 15th, 2009 by admin
If you suspect bad wiring, most compressors have a wire leading to the electric clutch. Find the connector in the middle of that wire, and unplug it. Take a length of wire and run it from the compressor’s wire to the plus (+) side of your battery. If you hear a loud CLACK, the electric clutch is fine and you should check the car’s wiring and fuses. If you get nothing, the electric clutch is bad and the compressor will have to be replaced. Ideally, if you can do this test while the car is running, you can see if the hub spins. Take care to keep fingers and loose clothes away from moving pulleys and belts. That would rule out a clutch that actuates properly but then slips so badly it won’t generate pressure.

Supermini/subcompact car
September 15th, 2009 by admin
This class is known as supermini in Europe, subcompact in North America. Superminis have three, four or five doors and are designed to seat four passengers comfortably. Current supermini hatchbacks are approximately 3900 mm long, while saloons and estate cars are around 4200 mm long. In Europe, the first superminis were the Fiat 500 of 1957 and the Austin Mini of 1959. Today, superminis are some of the best selling vehicles in Europe. In Australia, the motoring press tends to distinguish between a light car such as the Daihatsu Charade or early models of the Holden Barina, and slightly larger models such as the Ford Fiesta which is considered to be a small car. As the general size of vehicles in this class has gradually increased, the category of light car has almost disappeared.

Small travel trailer
September 12th, 2009 by admin
Smaller travel trailer and pop-ups are still made with touring in mind. These generally are less than 18 ft (5.5 m) long and contain simple amenities. By design, they are lightweight and quick to set up or prepare for travel. Most weigh less than 3,000 lb (1,350 kg) and can be towed with a large car or small truck depending upon its towing capacity. Lightweight pop-up trailers weighing less than 700 lbs, such as the Combi-camper and Kamparoo can even be towed by small economy cars and small SUVs. Some exceptionally light travel trailers can be pulled by motorcycle.Fiberglass body construction entered the U.S.scene in 1971 with the introduction of the first U.S. produced mini travel trailer called the Playpac.

Honda Jazz Commute
August 21st, 2009 by admin
If you’re looking for a car that’s compact, charming and ever cheery, then the only place to put your money is the Honda Jazz! It’s a supermini that doesn’t understand the concept of dimensions; because there’s no way that the interior should be so roomy on a car that’s so diminutive. Competitively priced and with engineering advances that will make your eyes water, the Jazz is one of the most admired cars on the road, and once you’re behind the wheel you’ll understand why.
At home in town or on the motorway, there’s plenty of poke to tackle any length of journey. A Honda Jazz will suit everyone, from small families to busy commuters, so stop dilly-dallying and go get your hands on a Jazz!
