My daughter is very active in school sports. She plays softball, basketball, and runs track. One day she hopes to be a sports therapist. Since she does as well academically as she does in sports, I decided to splurge on a home gym for her. By Christmas, I will have the entire basement turned into a fitness room. New Purchases Mean New Fun

My husband and I have recently taken up snowboarding.  It is so much fun!  We really enjoy going with our friends, and we also enjoy taking weekends to get away by ourselves.  We can board all we want, and then simply relax and enjoy each other’s company.   We have started shopping for our own boards so we don’t have to rent every time we go out.  We’re really impressed with the k2 snowboards; the brand seems to be high-quality.  All the pro shop owners recommend them, so that has to mean something!  We’re going to make a purchase here in the next few weeks, and we can’t wait to hit the slopes again!

A Really Great Present – Boxing Glaves

My son wanted boxing gloves for his birthday and I was a bit reluctant. It seemed to me that getting him that kind of gift would be sanctioning violent play. My brother had to set me straight. He explained that learning how to box would teach Kevin really good hand-eye coordination. He also said that the boxing gloves would protect his hands during any boxing activity and would actually reinforce the idea that boxing was a sport, not an open door to uncontrolled violence. Finally, he convinced me by asking me if I wanted Kevin to sit in front of the TV or computer all day and not get any physical exercise. Kevin is enjoying his new gloves.

Building Muscle in your Sleep!

I have been doing a lot of research on supplements and such to help my husband in his body building efforts.  One product I came across is casein, there are several varieties but the one I am exited about is the night time one with slow and medium release protein to help build muscle in your sleep! How neat is that? Just to be able to get to know that you are not wasting time be sleeping would be great. I know I hate to sleep because I feel like I could be getting things done, I wish there were a pill to do dishes!

Smart Parts SP1 So Fun

When I first learned that my cousin has this certain item with him, I felt really disturbed not because I feel that he is cheating or something but then for me it is just something that would really make things feel difficult. However, when I learned that he get the smart parts sp1, I felt a bit more relaxed. Well, it was not a super weapon that I could not fight because I have the smart parts sp1 too. It is really an amazing thing to have the smart parts sp1 and I know that my cousin got it because he learned that it is really a powerful tool too.
