I Want Layovers in Fairfield More Often

My job takes me all over the country. I think I’m flying from one state to another more than I’m actually at home in my own bed. It can be pretty taxing, all of that jet lag. The one nice thing about traveling is that I’m able to try all of these restaurants and diners out. I’m sick and tired of fast food and chain joints. I like to sink my teeth into somethings juicy and tasty. The last time I had a meeting in Connecticut, I looked for this place that served Fairfield County Peruvian food. A buddy of mine said it was something I had to try, that there was no skipping it. I’m really glad I did. Fiesta Limena has definitely become a place I’m going to stop at whenever I’m in or near Fairfield.

A Wonderful Opportunity

My husband is furthering his education by taking some night courses at the local community college.  He is an English major and he is working on getting his Master’s degree.  One of the classes that he is taking is really interesting.  He is learning how to teach english overseas and he says that he would love to do that someday.  I am glad that he is considering this because we both feel that it is important.  I want to go back to school after he is finished and finish my degree work.  I believe that education is priceless and something that we all should take advantage of.

Debating On Where To Stay

My parents are travelling to Costa Rica in a few weeks and they are trying to decide where they want to stay.  They looked at several different places online and I think that they are looking for a costa rica apartment hotel so that my Mom will be able to cook in it.  She loves to cook and really wants an apartment with a kitchen.  She has her eye on a few different places and she says that she will decide tonight and make her reservations.  She and my father are really looking forward to their trip and they promised me that they will take a lot of pictures.

Grateful for the assistance

I have been working hard trying to get sponsors on board for my rugby club as we are really in need of some help financially. I was very happy when I got the news that new zealand car rental had decided to come to the party and help us out. It’s quite hard sometimes to get sponsorship from these type of companies as they are often only interested in the bigger name teams, however I guess they thought it would be good to get involved in a more community based club. Whatever their reasons, we are certainly very grateful for the assistance they are offering us.
