Education is taken as one of the key pillars in the development of any country. Most countries have invested in this sector and continually do so even as the populations increase. Of importance is the grants for science teachers that ware recently given to help in the improvement of these subjects. It was noted that there was good investment in the structures needed to teach science but those who were required to teach it were still not well taken care of. It is assumed that this move will act to motivate them to give a better dispensation of their services to the learners. The government is also looking into establishing awards for the best performing schools in all the different subjects. This will also go along way into motivating them.
