My Sister Gives Out Foreign Exchange Rate Information to Customers

My sister works as a customer service representative at a financial firm in Sydney. She gets many phone calls from people looking for the current foreign exchange rate for the currency of Australia and the UK. She said that the two are quite close these days but it can vary from one day to the next. My sister mentioned that many of the callers will go into great detail as to why they need the exchange rate. Most of them are going to be traveling to the country and others are making a purchase either through the mail or online.  She said that most days, it is quite an interesting job.
