Yayfood Diet: It Is Must

The Yayfood diet  tries to debunk what other diets are saying about low-carb diets, low-fat diets and low-calorie diets, and saying that these are not very good ideas. Low calories make you lose energy, low carbs are extremely unhealthy, and low-fat foods are really ineffective. This diet, however, says that the body needs to be “tricked” or conditioned instead of being starved. It actually encourages eating through specific recipes and meal plans. Thought of many as a scam, could the diet actually work? From given testimonies, it seems to be possible.  As many as 18 pounds can be lost in two weeks.
