I’m not much of a gym addict but sometimes it pays to visit one. I love to ride the bicycle, do some walking in the treadmill, and lift some weights. I work in the navy and I think one of the best home gyms (we consider our unit a home)I’ve been is the naval logistic’s gym. It has the latest treadmills, and since I’m into treadmills, I would visit during athletics and do some work-out. It has also an audio-video capability such as television and a home theater for a satisfying and enjoying work-out. Often, my clasmate and I would linger a bit to watch other personnel do their daily routine. I’m always fascinated with up to what extent people would go through just to achieve a beautiful body worth displaying. That is why gyms are trendy these days. When you are in the service, that is quite understandable to be a gym buff. You are literally mandated to develop your body for strength and stamina.
