The letter I got this afternoon

My new Chase credit card came in the mail this afternoon. I had applied for the card and got it without too much problem. While going through the rest of the mail I found some ads from Sears and a letter from a facial implants houston medical office. It was addressed to me, but I knew that it had to be from my wife. I ended up opening the letter. It was a kind of explanation sheet for what my wife wanted done to herself.
